Dreadful. a waste of time and money. And the graphic run like a geased monkey on methadril. Please give me my money back.

So here is the deal: first - it’s crashing if graphics settings is not set to lowest. second - gameplay bugs: for example you can stuck in the room because doors not opening. third - I didn’t save before boss battle and there is no autosave. And boss stuck somewhere outside of the room. And that’s all. Noting else happens. Result: level progress is lost. This port is the biggest disapointed I ever seen.

It is annoying to open the game like 5 times when you play

I played the first Bioshock back in 2008 and loved it, this game gives you more of the same action with an awesome story. And it works flawlessly on my 2010 Macbook Pro 15 inch with i7 and 330m. Keep up the great work Feral, ill be looking into buying more games from them. They know how to port a game onto OSX

I cant believe this is even possible! I never play video games but I bought this one. How in the frikken hell do they program such a masterpiece?

I enjoy both of the Bioshock games Feral has put out as of yet. Ive only seen one glitch in the current version of Bioshock 2: sometimes youll load a weapon and it will be the weapon you asked for plus the weapon you died with. Just switch back to the weapon you died with and then to the weapon you want and it should clear up: thats whats worked for me. Feral has made me a Bioshock addict. The colors and actions are great when set at the highest resolution. Just FYI, I play it on a 3.06 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo iMac with 8GB 1067 MHz DDR3. I really want them to come out with Minervas Den so I can keep playing!

Screen goes white while playing and needs to be restarted. Seems like it could be a fun game.

I loved Bioshock. It ran so smoothly on my macbook, the graphics and the controls. Bioshock 2 however…not so smooth. While still a good game, the graphics distort regularly, forcing me to restart several times because I cant see anything when those brightly colored pixels appear and cover parts of the screen. The controls are tricky as well, especially since the settings often change on their own. I wont realize either until Im in the middle of a fight and pressing on my mousepad or a certain key and it wont do what it did before or worse, itll suddenly do nothing at all. Then of course I have to go back to options and fix it all over again. Its quite frustrating.

Cpu Specs: late 2012 iMac 3.2ghz i5 fusion dr gpu: GTX 675mx 1gb GDDR5 The game runs flawless and in my opinion graphics look better on the mac vs 360 and ps3 buy a ps3 controller and sync.. controls automatically map and JUST PLAY. highly recommend picking up a ps3 controller for better controls

This game has frozen many times and adjusting the graphics makes it worse. Be warned!

I love this game. I havent played the first one, but after playing this one I will. It has little to no FPS drop on a MBP 2011 "15". Such a beautiful game, and I just cant stop playing it!

i havent even got past getting my first plasmid because when u see elenors face on your screen and every thing is pink, it doesnt ever go away. i play on macbook pro please please please fix it

I loved playing the first one from the store on here, ran smoothly and I was able to just plug in my controller and play. However this one there are spots all over my screen after cinematics, and i cant figure out how to switch to the controller. I hope this is maybe possible. Everywhere I read says it supports game pads. I just cant figure it out.

the graphics are all pixeled whenever i open the game. it isnt my computer, but pictures will stick in areas or parts will go black.

The game runs smoothly until I reach a point with any sort of particle/fire effects. When this happens, the image "ghosts" onto the screen and stays there, making it impossible to continue through the game (because you cant see anything). Im running a mid-2012 MBP with the HD 4000 chip in it. I played through the entire first Bioshock without any problems. Would greatly appreciate an update with a fix.

I really enjoyed this game. It needs to be run on the lowest quality for my Mac (MacBook Air Ivy Bridge), but I uninstalled it when it started crashing every time I tried to save a game. I looked at the online forums, and the gist was that Feral doesnt care about this, and are all about Infinity. Too bad. I really enjoyed this game, but, after it ate over an hour and a half of play, I just said "the heck with this," and uninstalled it.

I just figured out that if you want to use a gamepad, just start the game and start using it. Just make sure that you have it connected to bluetooth. I am having a big problem with the phantom screen. My left hand wont go away. 5 stars with out the bug.

Good ----- The game uses very little graphics effects and hence can even be played on a older Macbook Pro. The artistry is good. The game is simpler to play then most FPS. Bad ------ Keyboar bug. WASD movement keys get stuck. The multiplayer ability has been disabled. Single player is very boring. Over priced for a old game with no multiplayer. Ran game on single player at 1366x768 on the highest settings. Smooth, no noticable lag. 2010 Macbook Air 4GB RAM, Nvidia 320M (256MB) 1.6 GHZ Core 2 DUO OSX 10.8.2 Further tests. Went ahead and tested it on a Macbook Air 2011 with Intel HD graphics (4GB RAM). Performance was much worse then the older 2010 Macbook Air with nVidia. Even on lower resolution (720p), the Intel HD GPU had issues. All settigs for both tests were set on max except the resolution. It seems the game relies more on GPU then CPU. Even with the more powerful i7 procesor on the 2011 MBA, performance was worse. Pauses and laggy graphics on the Intel HD. Conclusion ---------- If you like this game, get the Windows version. This way you get better performance and multiplayer. Not recommended for people with Intel HD graphics.

For some reason a phantom hand print is smeared all over the screen in the begining of the game. This completly kills the gaming expirence and wastes my money. Please fix this soon!
